Bridge2Therapy offers therapy and counseling services to individuals seeking mental health support. Our services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Confidentiality

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment for services is due at the time of your session unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept Debit/Credit Cards visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

6. No Medical or Legal Advice

Our services are intended to provide mental health support and are not a substitute for medical or legal advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridge2Therapy and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Georgia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
